Background:
Bloem Water has been appointed by DWA Deputy Director General: Regions as the Implementing Agent in Setsoto and Moqhaka Local Municipalities for the 2011/2012 financial year. To oversee the Regional Bulk Infrastructure Grant Projects in Setsoto LM, Flood Disaster Management in Masilonyana LM, Mantsopa LM and Accelerated Community Infrastructure Programme in Moqhaka LM.
